Brent Fox

Brent Fox is an experienced professional in Customer Success and engineering services, currently serving as the RVP of Customer Success at Mattermost, where responsibilities include managing the post-sale customer journey for the organization. Prior experience includes roles as a Startup Advisor at Datakin, Vice President of Customer Success at Anchore and Zaloni, and Director of Engineering Services at Endless Computers. Brent has also held leadership positions at Hortonworks and Canonical Ltd., where responsibilities spanned customer support, OEM operations, and product delivery. Brent began a career at Red Hat, progressing through various technical and leadership roles since 2000. Academic credentials include an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Mississippi.
