Brian Louks

Brian Louks has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and companies. Brian started their career as an Automation Engineer at eLoyalty, a TeleTech Company, from February 2003 to August 2005. Following that, they worked at Boston Scientific as an IS Analyst from August 2005 to February 2008. Subsequently, Brian joined NICE as an Operations Architect in February 2008 and held this position until June 2018. Brian then transitioned to the role of Manager of Data Services at NICE, which they held for four years until June 2022. Currently, Brian serves as the Principal Database Engineer at NICE from June 2022.

Brian Louks has a solid educational background in computer science and related fields. Brian obtained their M.S. degree in Computer Science from Nova Southeastern University in the year 2002. Prior to that, they completed their B.S. in Physics, Math, and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, graduating in 2001. In addition to their degrees, Brian also holds certifications from Microsoft. In 2005, they became a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer in Microsoft .NET, and in 2012, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: .NET Framework 4, Web Applications certification.
