Kirsten Doornbos

Kirsten Doornbos has extensive experience in various roles within the customer engagement and business development field. Kirsten is currently working as a Solution Executive for Customer Engagement Analytics at NICE Ltd since August 2018. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Business Development at Mattersight Corporation from August 2015 onwards. Kirsten also worked at Cisco Systems, where they held the positions of Senior Account Manager from March 2012 to August 2015, and Customer Interaction Solutions PSS from January 2008 to March 2012. Before joining Cisco Systems, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at eLoyalty from August 2006 to January 2008. Kirsten began their career at Inforte as a Director from 2000 to 2004 and QuickStart Technologies as an AM from 1995 to 2000.
