Benjamin Smith

Benjamin Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, community engagement, and operations management within the health and wellness sector. As CEO and Owner of Hive Growth Partners since May 2022, Benjamin leads a boutique consulting firm focused on personalized customer service. Concurrently, Benjamin serves as Business Development Manager for The Prøgram Fitness, where a significant brand refresh has been undertaken. Also holding the title of Director of Operations & Client Relations at Matthews Design Group Inc., Benjamin integrates over a decade of expertise in health and wellness with a dedication to sustainability. Additional roles include Business Development Manager positions at Futurpreneur and Synapse Health & Fitness, as well as community-focused positions at Fresh & Local Market & Kitchens and YWCA Calgary. Educationally, Benjamin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Business Management from the University of Calgary, where a gamified wellness program was developed and managed.
