Trish Matthews

Trish Matthews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and design. As Principal at Matthews Design Group since January 2020, Trish focuses on human-centered sustainable design. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Green Wise Academy since October 2023, Trish leads efforts in developing organizational strategies and achieving the Green Wise Certification Standard™. Previous roles include Strategic Talent Solutions Consultant at Human Resource Consulting TM, Human Resources Director at Corsair Design & Control Systems Ltd., and Head of Human Resources at Grantech Engineering International Inc., primarily within the Oil and Gas sector. Trish began a career in career services as a Career Services Advisor at Mount Royal University. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Development from Royal Roads University and ongoing studies in Interior Design at Yorkville University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a diploma in Interior Design & Technology.
