James DallVechia, EQAC is a Lead in Talent & Learning at Matthews International, where James develops and implements learning solutions to support the organization's strategic goals. Prior to this role, James worked at FedEx Ground as a University Learning Specialist and a P&D Manager, where James managed training programs and pickup/delivery operations. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Coaching.
