Michael Givan

Michael Givan is a Senior Quality Engineer at Matthews International since August 2020 and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for The Erythromelalgia Association, a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding research for erythromelalgia. Prior experience includes roles as a Regional Reliability Engineer SME at Celanese and Manufacturing Engineer at Aurora Casket Company. Michael has also held various positions at Byron Products Inc, including Plant Manager and Metallurgical Laboratory Manager, focusing on aerospace and military manufacturing. Early career experience includes working as an Engineering Research and Development Lab Technician at XOMOX GmbH. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Management and Engineering Technology from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate's degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
