Prior to this role, Brewer held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Greysteel from 2016 to 2019, where contributions to the company's strategic goals earned recognition as one of the "Best Bosses" in the industry by Real Estate Forum in 2017. Brewer's earlier career at Berkadia from 1999 to 2016 included the role of Managing Partner and Vice President, where significant involvement in the growth of Hendricks & Partners transformed it into one of the largest multi-family investment sales firms in the nation.
