Earlier roles included working as a Corrections Officer for the Utah Department of Corrections after graduating from the Fred House Corrections Academy, and as a Web Developer for LocalVoice. Spencer Reed holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in International Studies from the University of Utah.
