Jair Ensuncho

Jair Ensuncho is an experienced professional in sales and partnerships, currently serving as the Sales & Partnership Manager for Colombia at mattilda. since August 2025. Previously, Jair held various leadership roles at CLUVI, including Country Manager and Sales Manager for Colombia and Panamá from February 2021 to August 2025. Jair's early experience includes a position as a sales intern at Colgate-Palmolive in 2017. Jair's educational background includes a specialization in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT and a Business Administration degree, along with diplomas in brand management and negotiation from the same institution. Jair is also an alumnus of the Founder Institute Colombia.
