Fidan Baghirova

Fidan Baghirova, PMP, is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Bookkeeper at Matto Espresso since January 2019. Fidan is responsible for maintaining precise financial records, preparing month-end close processes and P&L reports, performing bank reconciliations, managing accounts receivable and payable, and providing comprehensive financial reports to the owner. Prior to this role, Fidan worked as an Allotment Manager during the 4th Islamic Solidarity Games, coordinating accommodation logistics for athletes and officials. Additional experience includes event logistics coordination as a Marshals Centre Coordinator for the Baku Grand Prix, and serving as Chief Economist at Zamin Bank, where analytical skills were utilized to address complex business issues. Fidan also has a background as an Operations Specialist for the Baku 2015 European Games and as a Business Analyst at Sinteks MMC. Fidan holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Regions Studies from Baku Slavic University and completed training at Zero To Mastery Academy in 2021.
