Jeff Russell is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing P&L responsibilities across various industries, including specialty materials, chemicals, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Site General Manager at Mattr, Jeff oversees an $80M specialty material manufacturing business, focusing on plant infrastructure, organizational growth, and customer application transitions.
