Pete Ward

Pete Ward is a seasoned process improvement engineer currently leading continuous improvement efforts at Mattr since September 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at thyssenkrupp Bilstein SPV as a project cost engineer, where cost management and identification of savings were key achievements, and as a senior manufacturing engineer at Dana Light Axle Products, focusing on process improvements and product launches. Ward also held engineering positions at Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies and Kornylak Corp, among others, contributing to enhancements in production processes, material handling solutions, and Lean management practices. Educational credentials include an MBA from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
