Rose Mattran

Rose Mattran is a certified professional coach and the co-founder of Mattran Group. Rose has over 25 years of experience in arts management, having served as the director of the New Jersey School of the Arts and as an independent consultant. During their time as director, they were responsible for designing and implementing educational programs, recruiting and supervising staff, and reporting to the state Department of Education and an independent Board of Trustees. As a consultant, they have assisted clients with a variety of management issues, including fundraising, executive recruitment, and accreditation.

Dr. Rose Mattran is an educational leader in the field of Creative Arts in Education. Rose holds an Ed.D. from Rutgers University and a B.F.A. from Ithaca College. Rose is a Certified Senior Manager from Management Recruiters International and a Certified Practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator from the College of Executive Coaching.

They are on a team with Heather Yates - Vice President of Operations, Robert Holbrook - Search Director, Cybersecurity Division, and Kandace Pritchett - Search Director, Enterprise Software Division. Rose Mattran reports to Donald A. Mattran, Chief Executive Officer.
