Anne Dament

Anne Dament is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in merchandising and retail management. Currently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer at Mattress Firm and a Board Member at Winland Foods, Dament's previous roles include Executive Vice President at UNFI and Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Target. Dament's tenure at PetSmart encompassed leadership of the Services business and the establishment of a new organization for merchandising solutions. Prior to that, Dament held several significant positions at Safeway, including Group Vice President, driving strategic planning and innovation in the Perishables category. Dament began a career in retail with early roles focusing on sales management and category direction. Dament holds a BA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
