Rebecca Minard is an experienced professional in merchandising and marketing, currently serving as Chief Merchandising Officer at Horseware Ireland since January 2024. Previously, Rebecca worked as a Marketing Consultant from January 2011 to January 2024, where notable contributions included developing pricing, branding, and marketing strategies for SmartPak Equine while overseeing merchandising. As the Founder and President of SmartPak Equine from July 1999 to November 2011, Rebecca developed a patented delivery system for equine nutritional supplements. Additional roles include consulting for Harvard Business School, managing the Blood Bank Business Unit at Haemonetics Corporation, and serving as a board member and mentor at Entrepreneurship for All. Rebecca holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Mount Holyoke College.
