Kimberly Zelaya has extensive experience in customer care management, currently serving as Customer Care Assistant Manager at Mattress Firm and Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals since April 2010. In this role, Kimberly oversees the daily operations of a high-volume call center with over 120 representatives. Prior experience includes serving as Depot Customer Care Manager at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses from April 2006 to April 2010, where oversight included managing a staff of 20 in a call center environment and addressing service-related issues for Long Island and parts of Queens. Kimberly is also an alumnus of Suffolk County Community College.
