Tom Polit

Tom Polit has extensive experience in merchandising within the mattress industry, currently serving as Director of Merchandising at Mattress Firm since July 2016. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Merchandising and Merchandise Analyst at Sleepy's, The Mattress Professionals, from October 2004 to July 2016, where responsibilities included merchandise analysis and reporting, as well as utilizing data to develop and execute programs that drive sales. Tom holds an education from Farmingdale State College, having studied there from 1999 to 2001.
