Travis Crisp

Travis Crisp is an accomplished payroll management professional with extensive experience in human resources and employee services. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Mattress Firm since July 2018, Travis previously held the position of Senior Payroll Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes managing HR services as Team Manager at Alight Solutions from September 2012 to July 2018, and serving as Associate Director of Security at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary from July 2000 to September 2012. Earlier in career, Travis worked as Living Unit Coordinator at Happy Hill Farm Academy/Home from January 1999 to July 2000. Travis holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources from The University of Texas at Arlington and a BA in Christian Ministries from East Texas Baptist University.
