Tim Swarbrick

Tim Swarbrick, MBA has extensive work experience in operations and logistics. Tim has held leadership positions in various companies, including Mattress Warehouse, Inc. where they currently serve as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, they worked at Innovel Solutions as the National Director for MDO Operations - Home Delivery/Last Mile, where they successfully managed a $315 million budget. Tim also served as the South Region Operations Manager for Home Delivery/Final Mile, where they exceeded the budget by $1.0 million. Earlier in their career, Swarbrick worked at Sears Logistics Services, Inc. in different roles such as Home Delivery and Installation District Manager, National Outbound Transportation Manager, Northeast Regional Transportation Manager, 3PL Operations Liaison Manager, and Shipping/Distribution Manager. Apart from their corporate experience, they also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Wilmington University and served in the United States Air Force as a Nuclear Weapons Specialist.

Tim Swarbrick, MBA has a solid education background with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Transportation and Logistics from Wilmington University, which they earned in the academic year 2001-2002. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 1985 and 1989.
