Cindy Traver

Cindy Traver has amassed significant experience in the field of operations and logistics. Cindy currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Warehouse and Logistics at Mattson Technology. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Classic Brands, LLC from 2021 to 2022. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as the VP of Operations at Zinus, where they oversaw logistics activities and achieved operational excellence. Before Zinus, Cindy was the Vice President Operations at RK Logistics Group Inc, managing a budget of $65M and driving process improvements. Cindy also held the role of Director of Transportation and Warehousing at Lam Research, where they guided warehouse operations on a global scale. Their earlier experience includes being the Director of Transportation Operations at Safeway and the Transportation Manager at Tibbett & Britten. Throughout their career, Cindy has excelled in optimizing logistics, establishing vendor relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
