Brenda Fong

Brenda Fong is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Mattson: Innovation for the Food & Beverage Industry since December 1998. Prior to this role, Brenda held the position of Food Scientist at Vitasoy USA Inc. from May 1995 to December 1998, and previously gained valuable experience as a Lab Intern at Mattson from July 1994 to May 1995. Brenda Fong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Food Science from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1990 to 1994.
