Tim Sparks

Tim Sparks, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, the President/CEO of Blue Ridge HR, with extensive experience in human resources management spanning various companies like MAU Workforce Solutions, WestRock Company, and Transamerica Life Insurance Company. Prior to this, Tim served as the Human Resource Manager at Asheville Health Care Center and Executive Team Leader at Target, Inc. Tim also has a background as a Human Resource Manager at The Home Depot and as a Teacher/Administrator at the American Association of Christian Schools. Tim holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from St. Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Clearwater Christian College.
