Eduardo Rodrigues, CFA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the finance and investment sectors. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Structuring for Alternative Assets at Mauá Capital since March 2018, Eduardo has significantly contributed to the origination, structuring, and management of various investments in the alternative assets market. Previously, Eduardo held key positions at Alvarez & Marsal, both as Sr. Manager and Analyst, where engagement in corporate finance, turnarounds, and restructuring initiatives was prominent. Eduardo has also served as a Board Member at Massari Mineração Participações, contributing to business development and strategic planning, and as Partner at PSX Desenvolvimento de Negócios e Participações, providing financial advisory and fundraising expertise. Eduardo's career began with roles at Unibanco and K2 Achievements, focusing on structured finance and consulting. Eduardo holds an MBA from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA.
