Kirsti Coghlan

Kirsti Coghlan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including banking and healthcare. Currently serving as the Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at Mauch Chunk Trust Company, a $650 million community bank, Kirsti directly reports to the President/CEO. Previously, as the Divisional HR Strategic Business Partner at GHC LLC (Genesis Healthcare LLC), Kirsti oversaw all HR functions for a $148 million post-acute healthcare provider, managing strategic planning, legal compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Additionally, Kirsti worked as the Director of Human Resources at Shawnee Academy-The Beacon School, where responsibilities included developing HR functions from inception. Kirsti holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and a minor in Spanish from La Academia Hispano Americana.
