Gay Sibonga

​Chief Operating Officer Gay Sibonga has more than 30 years of management experience. She has been the COO at MEO since 2017 and was *previously* the Macy's Hawaii District Multi Store Operations Manager. Gay has B.S. degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

As the Chief Operating Officer Gay assists the CEO with the day-to-day management and oversight of the agency and works with program directors and staff to facilitate and promote the agency's mission.
