Carla Rabie

Carla Rabie has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and culture. Carla is currently working as the Head of People and Culture Shared Services at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of People and Culture at Premier Technologies Pty Ltd from August 2019 to January 2021. In 2017, Carla joined Hansen Technologies as the APAC HR Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resource Business Partner before leaving in July 2019. Earlier in their career, Carla worked at Hollard Group Risk as the Head of HR, where they were responsible for establishing and leading the HR function. Carla also worked at Hollard Insurance as an HR Generalist and a Learning and Development Specialist.

Carla Rabie completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree at Rhodes University from 1996 to 1998. Carla then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education at Rhodes University from 1999 to 2000. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Managing High Potentials from LinkedIn.
