Samantha Barnett is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment teams. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers since November 2021, Samantha spearheads the National Talent Team, focusing on the development and execution of strategies to attract and retain top talent. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at MYOB from October 2015 to October 2021, where Samantha advanced from Digital Talent Advisor to leading a talent team that expanded from 3 to 12 members during a period of rapid company growth. Earlier roles also include positions at Odecee, Davidson Technology, Itcom Australia, and Youth Health and Education Service, establishing a strong foundation in recruitment and client services. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science from Griffith University, completed in 2008.
