Ilona Izabella Boda

Ilona Izabella Boda has extensive experience in human resources, currently working with MÁV Group since March 2015, where responsibilities include coordinating temporary placement projects, preparing employment contracts, managing payroll calculations, and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior roles include serving as a Human Partner at Máv Szolgáltató Központ from 2015 to 2016 and as a Project Lead at Trenkwalder Hungary from 2005 to 2015, focusing on temporary placements, employee services, candidate recruitment, and involvement in HR projects. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Szent István Egyetem (2018-2020) and a degree in Human Sciences from SZIE-JFK (2005-2008).
