Hemendra Rai

Hemendra Rai has a diverse work experience, having worked in various roles and industries. Hemendra began their career at SThree in 2004 as a trainee recruiter and eventually became a manager, leading a team that provided recruitment services to US banking and hedge fund clients. In 2007, they joined Maven as the Managing Director, where they helped connect quantitative and computational talent and research technology teams in multiple industries, with a focus on areas such as systematic trading, blockchain, and artificial intelligence. In 2015, Hemendra joined Ram Capital Partners as an investor, where they specialized in structuring and managing high-return investment opportunities in India, particularly in crop refinement, land preparation, and residential construction.
