Anne Pao

Anne Pao is the Vice President of Growth Operations & Enablement at Maven Clinic. Anne has a long and successful history in sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.

Anne started their career in sales before moving into marketing and customer success roles. In 2020, they joined Airship as the Vice President of Revenue Operations. In this role, Anne was responsible for partnering with leadership and teams from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Anne led a multi-function team across go-to-market operations, analytics, enablement, business development, and go-to-market systems.

In 2021, Anne took a sabbatical to invest time in relationships with family, friends, and personal health. During their sabbatical, they practiced and taught yoga, relaxed outdoors, learned from leaders they respected, and mentored individuals from sales, marketing, customer success, and operations.

Anne is currently the VP, Growth Operations & Enablement at Maven Clinic. In this role, they are responsible for leading Maven’s growth through operational excellence and world-class enablement programs.

Anne Pao has completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town, with a focus in strategy, operations, digital marketing, and business development in emerging markets. Anne also holds an M.B.A. from Esade, with a focus in entrepreneurial finance, managing sustainability, open innovation & business models. Additionally, Anne Pao holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from University of California, Los Angeles in economics and international development studies.

Anne Pao also holds certification from Yoga Alliance as a Certified 200 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor, certification from Raytheon as an ERP Subject Matter Expert, certification from Emtrain in Ethical Decision Making, certification from Just Plain Agile in Fundamentals of Agile Project Management, certification from Emtrain in Preventing Workplace Harassment, and certification from Raytheon in Six Sigma Specialist.
