Ariella started their career as an intern at Stamford Hospital, where they conducted research and built data visualizations for health-related demographics. Ariella also developed process flow maps and floor plans for different departments.

Afterward, Ariella interned at FORCE Therapeutics as a Product Development Intern, assisting with product development projects. Ariella later returned to FORCE Therapeutics as a Client Success Associate, managing client relationships and ensuring their success.

Ariella gained experience in marketing and communications at Health 2.0 and Aon Hewitt, where they served as an intern. Ariella also worked as a Patient Research Intern at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, conducting research and coordinating patient care.
