Brittany Dickens Cebs

Brittany Dickens, CEBS has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Their most recent position is as a Client Success Associate at Maven Clinic, where they contribute to the mission of improving care for women and families. Previously, they worked at Mercer in several roles, including Health & Benefits Senior Associate, Health and Benefits Associate, and Health and Benefits Analyst. At Mercer, they collaborated with clients to develop practical strategies for advancing their employees' health, wealth, and careers. Before joining Mercer, Brittany worked as a Programming Assistant at the UNL Women's Center, where they organized and implemented collaborative programs and provided assistance to coordinators and volunteers. Brittany also gained experience as a Communications Intern at Arabian Horse Times, an Opinion Columnist at Daily Nebraskan, and an Event Marketing Intern at Media Relations Agency. Additionally, Brittany served as a Senator for Residence Hall at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, representing their hall and participating in event planning and budget management. Brittany Dickens, CEBS, completed their education at multiple institutions. Brittany obtained the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) degree from The Wharton School, where they studied from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2016 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Journalism degree. Their field of study at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln included Advertising and Public Relations, with minors in Business and English. Additionally, they completed the Post Secondary Enrollment Option program at Normandale Community College from 2014 to 2016. Brittany has also received certifications such as ISCEBS Gold Member U.S. 2023 from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, obtained in December 2021.
