Mark Humphrey

Mark Humphrey has extensive work experience in engineering roles. Mark is currently employed as the SVP of Engineering at Maven Clinic since 2022. Prior to that, Mark held various positions at Compass, starting as an Engineering Manager in 2016 and progressing to Vice President of Engineering. In this role, Mark was responsible for growing the Data Platform organization and expanding engineering teams from NYC to Seattle. Mark also hired and developed a strong team of directors and staff engineers. Before joining Compass, Mark worked at FactSet from 2005 to 2014, where they held roles such as VP, Associate Director / Principal Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer / Manager. At FactSet, Mark led various teams, grew the engineering department, and collaborated with product development to enhance internal and client confidence in software products. Their technical skills include C++, Boost, and STL.

Mark Humphrey obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Brown University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Mark then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2004 to 2005.
