Kate Syuma

Kate Syuma is a seasoned professional in growth product design and user experience, currently serving as the Founder of Growthmates since April 2023. At Growthmates, a platform dedicated to Product-Led Growth (PLG) and enhancing user experience, Kate has engaged with industry leaders from companies such as Dropbox and Canva through podcasts, newsletters, and reports. Additionally, Kate is a Partner at Maven, where the "Self-serve User Onboarding" course gained recognition in the top 100 courses. Prior roles include Growth Advisor at Manychat, Advisor at Antler supporting over ten startups, and Head of Growth Product Design at Miro, where substantial growth in product design teams and user engagement was achieved. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the Higher School of Economics.
