Tim McIntosh

Tim McIntosh is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in the aerospace, automotive, and fulfillment sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Maveneer, Tim previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations at Charles River Laboratories, where responsibility encompassed a 200+ person team, successfully doubling production capacity while enhancing quality measures. Prior roles include General Manager at Amazon, overseeing large fulfillment centers and launching new operations, and various management positions at Boeing, focused on lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. Tim's background includes an Operations Strategy Analyst internship at Sikorsky Aircraft and experience as a Development Engineer at General Motors. Tim holds graduate degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Michigan in aeronautics, astronautics, and mechanical engineering.
