Ajay Manghat

Ajay Manghat is an experienced telecom executive currently serving as Vice President of RAN Operations for North America at Mavenir since October 2021. Prior to this role, Ajay led the Telecom Practice at iDatalytics for a brief period in 2021 and served as Sr Vice President and Head of Systems Engineering at Vodafone Idea Limited from September 2018 to July 2021, where significant contributions were made to the world's largest network transformation program. Ajay also held various leadership positions at Vodafone, Tata Teleservices, T-Mobile/Sprint, and Marconi PLC, focusing on radio access networks, RF planning, and network optimization. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, obtained in 1995.
