Ashok Khuntia

Ashok Khuntia is the current GM and EVP of the Access Products Division at Mavenir. Prior to joining Mavenir, Ashok spent 8 years at Cisco Systems where they served as a software architect and key developer. Ashok was instrumental in migrating the Call Server product from Windows to Linux platform.

Before Cisco, Ashok worked at Alcatel as a Sr. Software Engineer where they worked on various protocols such as SIP, MGCP, and H.248. Ashok also contributed to the development of the call server.

In 2016, Ashok co-founded Ranzure Networks where they served as the EVP of Engineering and NPI. In this role, Ashok was responsible for the engineering and operations of the company.

Ashok has over 20 years of experience in the telecom industry and is a well-respected leader in the 5G space.

Ashok Khuntia pursued their M.Tech in Industrial Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Ashok went on to get their MBA in Telecommunication from The University of Dallas. Ashok's undergraduate degree is in Mechanical engineering from National Institute of Technology Rourkela. Ashok Khuntia also has a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
