Avani Bhat

Avani Bhat has worked at MavenMagnet since 2022 as an Associate Research Strategist. Prior to that, they worked at Karvy Insights Limited as a Market Research Intern from 2022. In 2021, they were an Intern - Talent Acquisition, People Energy Process (HR) at Galaxy Surfactants Limited.

Avani Bhat is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. In 2020, they completed an online course in Forensic Psychology from The Open University. From 2017 to 2020, Avani attended S K Somaiya Vidyavihars College of Arts Science & Commerce Vidyavihar Mumbai 400 077, where they earned a degree in Psychology. In 2017 and 2018, they completed a Spanish language course (basic level 1) at K J Somaiya centre of buddhist studies. Avani also obtained an Introduction to Positive Psychology certification from Fortis Healthcare in August 2020, and an Introduction to Sports Psychology certification from Fortis Healthcare in July 2020. Avani is also currently enrolled in a Psychological First Aid course at Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics, which they began in 2021.
