Ritu Ghuwalewala began their career in 2006 as a Summer Trainee at Eli Lilly. In 2007, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the overall brand management for the mother brand Acuvue that had 9 sub-brands under it. Ritu led a team of 1 Demand Generation Specialist, 17 sales persons, 8 activation agencies & 100 counselors for planning and execution of demand generation campaigns for Acuvue. Ritu was also responsible for developing the copy strategy, consumer & professional communication and the integrated marketing campaign for 1-Day Acuvue Moist. In 2011, they founded and became the COO of MavenMagnet.
Ritu Ghuwalewala attended Università Bocconi from 2006 to 2007, studying Marketing & Strategy. From 2005 to 2007, they attended Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, where they earned a PGDM in Marketing and Strategy.
