Nicole Weidner has over 20 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, and business development. In 1998, they began their career as a Sales Manager at ABITEC Corporation. Nicole then went on to become an Account Manager at Battelle in 2000, where they successfully sold contract services to Fortune 500 medical device and biomedical companies. In 2004, Nicole took on the role of Product Manager at Mitsubishi International Food Ingredients, Inc. Nicole then moved on to become the National Sales Manager, Fine Chemicals Div. at Wacker Chemical Corporation in 2006. In 2010, Nicole became the VP Sales and Marketing at SOY INVESTORS II, LLC DBA HARVEST INNOVATIONS, where they managed strategy and sales and marketing activities for a growing food manufacturer. During their tenure, they helped build the company from $12M to $35M in 5 years. In 2016, Nicole served as a Consultant - VP Bus. Dev. and Strategy at Urban Farmer Foods. Nicole then became the Director Strategic Alliances at CAS in 2015. Since 2017, Nicole has been an Entrepreneur and Business Strategist and Operations Manager, as well as the CEO of MavenVue. Most recently, they were appointed Director, Venture Development at The Ohio State University in 2022.
