Somasundaram Jambunathan

Somasundaram Jambunathan has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Somasundaram currently serves as the Vice President at Maveric Systems Limited, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as the Director of Digital Solutions, where they were responsible for IoT, wearables, and mobility solutions. Somasundaram also played a key role in rebuilding labs and infrastructures across Capgemini India.

Before joining Capgemini, Somasundaram served as an Associate Director at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they were responsible for the R&D practice globally. Somasundaram built products in the digital services industry, including autonomous systems, mobile and cloud technologies, and IoT. Somasundaram also provided technology consulting and solutions in banking, healthcare, and various other industries.

With a background in project management, Somasundaram worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions before taking on the role of Project Manager. Somasundaram also has experience as a Project Lead at AllWebFix and as a Software Development Engineer in Test at Microsoft Ireland Research.

Prior to these roles, they held positions at HCL Technologies, Flextronics Software Systems, Motorola India Electronics Pvt Ltd, and Bravura Technologies. At Bravura Technologies, they were involved in designing and architecting embedded devices and their operating systems. Somasundaram also worked on mobile application development.

Somasundaram Jambunathan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from Sathyabama University from 1996 to 2000. Somasundaram then pursued a Masters in Human Resource Management from Lyola from 2004 to 2006.
