Director Of Quality And Eh&s at Maverick Enterprise

Chet Koehn has a strong and diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Chet started their career with Maverick Enterprises, Inc. in 1994 as a Quality Manager and Technical Printshop Lead. Chet then progressed to become the Director of Technical Development and QA from 2003 to 2007. Following that, Chet joined G3 Enterprises in 2008 as an Operations Manager at the Flex Print Ukiah Plant. In 2013, they returned to Maverick Enterprises as the Director of Operations Ford Road, and later took on roles as the Director of CI and QA from 2014 to 2016, and as the Director of Printing Operations from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Chet holds the position of Director of Quality and EH&S at Maverick Enterprises, Inc.

Chet Koehn completed an Associate of Arts degree in Mathematics from Mendocino College in 1992. Chet then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Operations Management and Supervision from California State University, Chico, which they completed in 1994.

Maverick Enterprise

Maverick, the US leading manufacturer of closures for the wine and spirits industry, has merged with another closure creator, the Enoplastic Group of northern Italy. Sparflex, specializing in foil (secondary-closure capsule) production for Champagnes and Sparkling Wines, in 2015 acquired Rivercap, whose U.S. arm was previously based in Benicia, and in 2018 acquired then-privately owned Maverick Enterprises in Ukiah. The Enoflex Group has 15 production sites - five in France, two in Spain, three in Italy, 2 in Australia & New Zealand and three in the U.S. and Mexico- that export to nearly 65 countries and employ over 1800 people.
