Robert Pote has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Robert currently serves as the Director of Hotel Operations at Maverick Gaming. Before that, they worked as a Manager on Duty at Z Casinos, and as the Director of Transitions, New Builds, and Openings at Red Lion Hotel Company. Robert also has experience as a Task Force General Manager at Providence Hospitality Partner and as the Director of Hospitality at Wildwood Casino. Prior to that, they held various roles at Providence Hospitality Partner, Ameristar Casino, and Sage Hospitality Resources, including Task Force General Manager, Director of Operations, and Divisional Guest Services Director. Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated success in improving financial results, leading teams, and overseeing various aspects of hotel and casino operations.
Robert Pote has a Master of Theology degree from Iliff School of Theology. Robert also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Additionally, they hold a certification in Secondary Education from the University of Denver.
