Tamar Ben Artzi

Tamar Ben Artzi has extensive experience in operational and strategic roles across various industries, particularly in startups and healthcare. Currently serving as a Fractional COO/CPO for various startups since 2021, Tamar held significant positions at Laguna Health from October 2021 to November 2023, including Chief Operating Officer and VP of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to this, involvement with Darrow as an Advisor from 2020 to 2024 and leadership roles at Globality, Inc. from July 2017 to June 2021, as Senior Product Manager and Associate Director for the Legal Sector, contributed to a strong background in product management and strategic initiatives. Legal expertise is complemented by experience at the Israeli Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Justice, along with a foundation in data analysis at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel and intelligence operations in the Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Tamar's academic achievements include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel Aviv University, graduating magna cum laude.
