Jim Morano has extensive experience in quality management and engineering within the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Quality Supervisor at Maverick Molding Company since January 2023, Jim previously held the position of Quality Manager at Parker Meggitt from 2012 to 2023, where a focus was placed on enhancing quality to strengthen market presence. Prior roles include Project Leader at Parkway Products, Inc., and Process Engineer at Sealtron, where responsibilities encompassed process improvement and engineering services, respectively.
