Fowzia Khan has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries and roles. Fowzia is currently working as the Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager at Maverick Natural Resources since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Reporting Consultant at an Oil & Gas Company from July 2022 to December 2022.

In 2019, Fowzia joined Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi as the Financial Accounting / Reporting Manager and worked there until June 2022. Before that, they held multiple positions at Abu Dhabi University. Fowzia served as the Interim Director of Finance from March 2019 to July 2019, the Senior Manager of Accounting / Finance from September 2015 to July 2019, and the Manager of Accounting / Finance from August 2012 to August 2015.

Fowzia began their career at KPMG in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Specialist until April 2012. Prior to that, they were a Senior Advisor at Imperial Oil from February 2009 to January 2011. Fowzia started their professional journey as an Analyst at ExxonMobil in January 2006 and worked there until January 2009.

During this period, they earned a Master's Degree in Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. In 2018, they attended MIT Sloan School of Management, specializing in BUSINESS PROCESS DESIGN FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT.
