Thomas “Carter” Blanche

Thomas "Carter" Blanche has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry, as well as in the dairy industry. Thomas “Carter” started their career as a Floorhand at Sidewinder Drilling Inc. in 2014 and later became a Derrickhand/Asst. Driller at Sidewinder Drilling LLC in 2015. In 2017, they joined Sanchez Oil & Gas Corporation as a Drill Site Manager & Field Engineer before being promoted to Drilling Engineer and then Senior Drilling Engineer & Field Completions Engineer. In 2020, they worked as a Drilling Consultant at Mesquite Energy, Inc. and then as a Senior Drilling Engineering Consultant & Field Sup. at ANSCHUTZ EXPLORATION CORPORATION from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Drilling Engineer at Maverick Natural Resources starting from 2022. Prior to their career in the oil and gas industry, Thomas worked as a Plant Manager at Kleinpeter Farms Dairy in 2012.

Thomas "Carter" Blanche completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they attended the K&M Extended Reach Horizontal Drilling program and the Murchsion Drilling School, where they obtained knowledge in Operational Drilling Technology.
