Isabel Leon

Isabel Leon is a highly experienced Senior Drilling Engineer currently working at Chevron since October 2025, previously serving as an Offshore D&C Engineer at Hess Corporation from August 2021 to October 2025, where Isabel supported deepwater drilling operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior experience includes delivering Managed Pressure Drilling programs at Beyond Energy Services and Technology Corp. and planning comprehensive drilling programs at Chesapeake Energy, where diverse geological formations were effectively addressed. Isabel's career began with an internship at Schlumberger and undergraduate research at The University of Kansas, where a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering was obtained, complemented by an earlier Bachelor's degree in the same field from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
