Jonathan Aguilar began their work experience in the payments industry in 2015 as a Customer Care Team Lead at Total Merchant Services. In 2017, they joined North American Bancard as a Manager of Customer Care, where they stayed until October 2019. Jonathan then moved to Maverick Payments, where they held various roles including Customer Success Manager, Sr. Manager of Merchant Support, Director of Client Services, and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Client Services.
